Andre and his staff are great. My son is new to Burbank attending Film school. We searched around reading reviews. One concerned parent like myself had to trust someone to get there child safely back on the road. Andre was very informative, called me and even sent video of the work that needed to be done. He didn’t try and charge me for things that could wait and let me know when it would need to be replaced. I felt very good about pricing and service

My highest praise to Future Auto Service in Burbank! Went to see them to replace my Honda Accord's battery which was under AAA warranty. Not only did they take care of that easily, but they discovered I had a leaking power steering high pressure hose. There was power steering fluid, sprayed all over the side of my engine and even pooling in some areas. I had literally just picked up my car from a major service at the Honda dealership. How my mechanic missed that is beyond me. The guys at Future helped me understand what was happening with my car and gave me some quotes for some other service that I'll need to be doing. Oh and because I didn't have my radio code handy, they even retrieved it and texted it to me, called and walked me through how to do it. Talk about above and beyond! I think I have a new mechanic now. Thank you Future Auto Service!
