Went in for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car - every was great! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and even did a quick alignment for free!

The customer service at Future was fantastic. Excellent communication and Tiko was able to expedite the parts I needed. The original estimate was extremely high, which scared me, but after discussing all the alternatives and discounts, we were able to get the repair into a more affordable range. The repair itself was very fast, and pick up at the end was very easy. There was active communication throughout the process- I received a text and/or call any time there was an update.
