Great service! Came in for a simple AAA battery replacement, they assisted me from the phone call all the way to the end. They didn’t have a battery for my car but the manager or owner made a quick call and within 10 minutes a battery was delivered. While in the lobby, the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. At times you forget the how soothing a nice lobby makes you feel and I did not mind the wait. This is an extremely professional and trustworthy business. I will definitely be going here from now on.

It was my first time here and I brought in my BMW 328i as the check engine light was on as often happens with BMW. My husband recommended I go here and he won’t send me off to a place he doesn’t trust. I was greeted immediately and I waited in the clean and comfy lobby. I was offered water or coffee and that put me at ease while they investigated the issue. I could tell the mechanic cared that I understood what the issue was as he went out of his way to re-explain things in different ways so I could understand. As a woman, I can get clouded or overwhelmed with processing car issues, but I didn’t feel like this at all at Future Auto Sales. There’s a genuine vibe that the business is there to provide fair and excellent service. My issue was resolved the way I wanted it and I was so appreciative of the time and energy the staff gave to me as a team effort. I definitely recommend this place!

Future Auto Service is hands down the best auto repair and service center in the valley! The team here are so kind and welcoming. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond every time. I've been bringing my 4Runner here for several years now and every visit has been pleasant and enjoyable. The waiting room are is always so clean and well-stocked with water, fresh coffee, and snacks. They are honest and never try to upsell any product or service that is not needed - I appreciate that so much as you will be hard-pressed to find that at a dealership service center. The prices are fair and work is top-notch.
