Andre was absolutely wonderful, and took great care of me. He got my car in right away after I blew a tire on the freeway, diagnosed the issue quickly on what happened, and showed me the cracks in the 3 remaining tires that would have also blown upon enough impact. I also added on a few more things while I was there like an oil change, new wipers, etc. He was super helpful and kind along the way, and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to give me an unfair price. He walked me through each item, and also explained carefully why he suggested the tires I ended up going with. I hope to come back to Future as my main auto shop, it's always so refreshing to get such great customer service especially in a field where so often that isn't the case! Can't recommend this place enough. They took a very stressful situation for me and made it super easy to deal with. Really great experience here!

Everyone was so nice and professional, but they also seemed to enjoy being nice. That's rare. Car was repaired in a timely manner, and expectations were managed. And the price was below what I was quoted. I feel like I found an unicorn.

Future auto service providers Excellent customer service, Bar none! I was greeted with a smile and offered something drink. They had a nice waiting room with wi-fi to wait in. They are honest, they clearly explained the work to be done and why it needed to be done and they have fair pricing. My car needed to stay over night and I was provided a loaner car to use. I live close by and didn’t know if I would be able to pick up my car the next day so they brought my car to me and picked up theirs. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely being go back to them again when needed.

I found Future Auto Service on via yelp and I was impressed by all the. Positive Reviews. I took my car there and all the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Andre answered all my questions and I was given an estimate for the services I needed. Future Auto Service had my car ready in a timely manner. I got updates on the status via text. They did my 60k car service, checked my brakes, and installed a catalytic converter cover, I dropped my car off at 9:30 and was driving home at 2:30!! I highly recommend Future Auto Services. Later that day, because of the service, I brought my son’s car for his 50k service and brake pad replacements. Totally 100% satisfied. Art

I found Future Auto Services on YELP. I was impressed by all the positive 5 Star reviews. I drove there to see if I could schedule an appointment to have my car serviced. The experience was positive all around. The business is clean, all the staff was friendly and professional. I was helped by Andre, who was knowledgeable with my Lexus/ The Lexus Brand. They took care of all of my request. The cost was excellent for the excellent service provided. I was so satisfied when my car was done I brought my son’s car for service and brake pad replacements. The guys here are accommodating, patient, and efficient; called with a battery issue and was taken care of immediately. Their facility and waiting area is clean and well-maintained.
