Andre did a great job at a good price with a difficult repair. This the first time I've had work done by Future Auto Service and the only reason I brought my car there is that the business is close to where I live and it looked well run from the street. So I had no basis to judge this company other than that. I've had many experiences with service writers trying to up-sell me or con me into repairs that were not needed to increase their own income. So I've made a habit of researching likely repair methods and costs before bringing my car to any facility. I just keep my mouth shut and let the service writer talk. Andre always recommended repairs that I had expected. The labor time spent and amount charged was always in line with what my research said it should be and the job was done quickly. Andre was always very reachable. I never had to leave a message or sit on hold forever in an automated queue waiting for a service person to talk to me. I own a small business and so I pay close attention to how other small business owners operate. Andre clearly cares about not only his reputation, but also his customers. I'd recommend Future Auto Service over a dealership and all the other independent auto shops that I've used. This is not only because of the quality of the work, but more importantly, because I trust that I'm getting honest work at a fair price.
