I needed a significant amount of work to be performed on my 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA and the service department at the dealership gave me an outrageous quote for the repairs. I did a Google search and decided to go with Future Auto Service after reading several positive reviews. They took care of my car at a fraction of the estimates Mercedes gave me. Will be getting my vehicle serviced here exclusively from now on.

I take my car here anytime I need work done on it and they always do an amazing job and have the best pricing. They have great customer service, they don't just treat you like they just want your money and overcharge. They treat you like an actual customer.

I can't say enough that these guys give the BEST customer service i've ever experienced--and i've been to a lot of good shops. Andre and Tiko really took care of me and our car--which had a homeless guy break the back window. They went to great lengths to ensure our insurance covered everything (as the should've) and then went beyond that in their great care. Super friendly and personable, extremely knowledgeable, communicative in every thing and HONEST about it, respectful, thoughtful, just all around WONDERFUL people and place. Would recommend them to everyone.
