I wish the rating system went up to 20 stars for Future Auto Service. Every business, especially the bigger dealerships and repair centers, could learn a few things from these guys. We bought a car from Carvana and about 4 weeks into having it we had MAJOR issues. Carvana's warranty company, SilverRock (our dislike of them aside) had Future Auto on their list of preferred repair places. While SilverRock is a tremendous corporate pain in the ass to deal with, we were very fortunate that they introduced us to FAS, where our rep Andre has, through every step of the way, provided us with a calming and comforting demeanor that I have never received from any mechanic. When the warranty company had us pull our car from them to bring to a dealership for a cheaper solution to the diagnosis, we received calls from the new dealership that there were all kinds of new issues on with the car. Andre was amazing enough to stop whatever he was doing to jump on a conference call with me and the guy at the dealership and go to bat for us and call them out on their BS, horrible ethics and lack of experience. We haven't even gotten our car back yet, but I can already tell you that Andre and the rest of Arthur's team over at Future Auto Service have ensured that we will never bring either of our cars to any other place for service. They go above and beyond to make sure you know they value you, your time and your business. We feel very lucky to have found FAS, some of the very few truly honest people in their industry.
