My Ford Escape was trying to steer itself left and I needed a 35k mile check up just to make sure she is safe in the road. Got new tires, mine were cracking after 9 years on CA roads now she rides smooth as buttah. As a woman and a senior I feel I was well taken care of and Future Auto is now my go to mechanic shop. Everyone was kind, place was clean and comfortable and making an appt on line was easy. Thank you for keeping me safe.

My review covers at least three categories- the aesthetics of the auto body shop, the personal experience and the business experience. This shop is kept pristine; so clean and with complimentary fruit and water. The young woman checking me in was kind as well as officious. Another young man came to explain the possibilities of what could occur with my car. Finally Henry, with impeccable manners, explained the details of the problem with my car and gave a breakdown of future work. Overall my experience was quite positive, especially for a woman seeking help with an ailing car!

We found Future Auto through a AAA authorized repair center search. Our experience at Future Auto was like finding the right doctor for a serious surgery. Even though the repair was costly and took some time, we felt that the communications were prompt, excellent, informative and professional. All the good qualities of a well-run business. Tiko and his technicians went the extra mile to perform a transmission replacement and related services, giving us discounts when possible, for which we are grateful. It's rare to find a trustworthy auto repair business, but we are very happy to have had a satisfying experience with Tiko and his team. Their office and shop is busy, but clean, comfortable, and orderly - good signs that give us confidence we're dealing with a good business. Very impressed with the integrity and hospitality of this business and their staff! My mom needed a new auto body shop for her Subaru and I was referred to Future Auto by a friend who had nothing but praise for their work - and she was absolutely right! Ashley at the front desk was warm and welcoming and walked us through the basics of our car's inspection, and she even brought over the cabin air filter to show us its current condition and confirm our request for a new one. Wait time was nothing, maybe an hour and a half tops - and it was so lovely hanging out in their outdoor patio. The pricing was great too - much less than we anticipated! Our car got the tune-up she needed, and then some. And most importantly, we've found an auto body shop we can trust. 5 stars all around!

I like this shop and the customer service so much specially Henry the manager that is always running the shop clean. I live on the west and never regret to drive a bit more to get my porsche serviced over there, very caring team and high quality service. Will totally recommend them!
