Future Auto really is the future of import service. I called them last minute to see if they could do an oil change on my Range Rover and it f course they fit me in and also let me know I had a couple of non emergent suspension issues to address in the near future. First-time customer. I needed my rear brake lights replaced and wanted to find a spot near my home. Based on the reviews, I decided to try Future Auto Service. They lived up to their reputation. I was able to schedule an appointment and was back on the road within an hour. Overall, a very professional staff, from the front desk to the mechanics. Great vibes. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

The waiting area is clean and comfortable they offer wifi so you can get your work done while you wait. When I got a flat tire, I chose to have a tow truck bring my car to Future Auto Service. Tico (sp?) took good care of me in the front office. My car was ready for pickup at the appointed time. They gave me a few options for tires and didn’t try to upsell me. I would go to them again for other auto needs!

I think it's safe to assume that nobody ever wants to take their car into the shop. and my situation was no different. Late Saturday morning, my car decides to stay stuck in neutral while getting a car wash and I was stuck frantically trying to find a place that is in the Glendale/Burbank area that is still open that can take my car in and I found Future Auto Service. Luckily for me, AAA was able to come to me and give a quick fix and manually shift my gear to escort me and my very clean and busted car to the shop. Once I got to the shop, the staff was kind and courteous and very transparent with timelines as they had cars in the queue on a Saturday. I stepped away for lunch and after a few hours, I got the diagnosis which wasn't ideal, but I felt like my car was in good hands as everyone treated me with respect and care. As promised, they had the fix done by Monday and I was able to drive away. One thing to note is the waiting room of the shop is SUPER clean and comfortable and they offer water which is nice. I've had experiences in different shops where I felt like I was being taken advantage of and/or felt like I was just a number but Future Auto Service had excellent service and great bedside manner. Thank you, team! I appreciate it.
