I had to call several places just to find one that would work on my EV (2017 Volt). That alone made my first impression positive. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly, the work was done pretty quickly and the price seemed fair. Not sure how it could've been any better. Oh actually, my first visit was late in the day and I was informed I'd need to schedule an earlier appointment so they'd have time to review and fix. Could've communicated a little better, but overall experience was still very good.
