My appt was for 9:30 am. I went in for an oil change and they replaced my cabin, air and oil filters. My car was there for a 30,000 mile check. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. However, it took a while before they even started on my car. I always wait for my car. They could have informed me that it would be awhile, or had me make a later appt.
