This place rocks. I stopped by and asked Tiko if they could help fill up my tires with air. They did so promptly, no questions asked, and double checked that each of the tires were of the accurate PSI based on what my car needed. Being a transplant from Massachusetts, I was fortunate to find a trustworthy mechanic in Southern California. My old mechanic back in Massachusetts always took good care of me, letting me pay later sometimes, which set a high standard. When I arrived here, I knew I couldn't expect the exact same treatment, but I was optimistic. Thanks to excellent reviews on Google, I discovered Future Auto Service, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Right from the start, their team was responsive and helpful—explaining the process, clarifying hours, pricing, and diagnosing my 2014 Nissan Juke Turbo’s AC and oil change needs. Henry greeted me warmly outside when I arrived, and I felt immediately welcomed. He called me back with good news—the AC just needed recharging, and the oil change was complete. Since I live just three miles away, I asked if they could hold the car until the next morning. Henry kindly accommodated, allowing me to pick it up at 9 am the following day after I had walked back home. When I returned, Ashley(apologies if I got her name wrong) made me feel right at home, and Henry went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued. This kind of service truly makes a difference. If future visits are anything like my initial experience, I know I have a loyal business and they have a loyal customer for life. This is the second time I have been to Future Auto Service. The first time was for a replacement catalytic converter. They worked with my USAA insurance and made the whole process very easy. This most recent visit was also great. I brought in my 2007 Honda which is was having starter issues. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple options including OEM and aftermarket parts. They finished early that day and my car starts flawlessly. I will definitely return for any future car issues.

Such a great auto shop. I called about the airmatic calibration for my S-Class Mercedes. Mike told me to swing on by to take a look. The staff was so helpful, great customer service, great service overall. No complicated excuses, no price gouging, no post-bill confusion. Just smooth, efficient, honest, and helpful service. They even printed the calibration completion results for me. Car drives great now. Smooth sailing. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Future Auto. I had an issue with my Prius hybrid system, so was very happy to hear that they had a designated Toyota technician. I had my car towed in and Michael was great and had it looked at right away. He first checked if anything was under warranty and then give a two repair options. I asked his opinion due to the age of my car and I really appreciated his thoughtful answers! Only took a day to get the part in and they were able to fix it quickly. The car has driven beautifully ever since. Everyone that I encountered while there was really friendly and helpful. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot for car service!
