Super dependable and extremely transparent, the mechanic who helped me, Henry, was fantastic. I’m happy that I have a mechanic that I feel comfortable bringing my car to on a regular basis for good quality service.

You did a good job on my Mustang and I was given some good advice that may help the underlying problem with the engine. My only disappointment was that your best guy to handle my car couldn't work on it for a full day. Until I finalize purchasing a second car I will need to wait before bringing the Mustang back to make further improvements.

I was in need of an oil change before hitting the road recently. Late Saturday afternoon was a tough call for any shop to fit me in, but we were leaving for home on Monday. I read 5 Star reviews on Future Auto Services and gave them a call. If I could be there within 15 minutes, they could squeeze me in before closing. I was on it! Professional service, multi point inspection, and top notch service products. Very courteous front desk check-in and detailed descriptions regarding the multi point inspection notes. Highly recommend this Service Center for your automotive needs. Big THANK YOU to this shop!!!

I came for an oil change and both Ashley and Mike were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and when every other company I had tried to call actually refused to service my 2016 Maserati, this team took me right in, performed all actions I had agreed upon first, and my car was done even earlier then the estimated time given. I apologize for not contacting you first, trust and believe next service date I'm bringing to you, period. Great work .. mJm

These guys have been my neighbors for 10 years and I’ve never had to use them, but I sent many clients there. Recently, though my car was hit and I needed someone to repair it. I didn’t know that they worked with different insurance companies. I actually never asked that question and because I lease my car I thought I needed to go through the dealership or something, but it turns out I could work with them and I’m so glad I did. They were great. Of course they worked directly with my insurance. They took care of all the repairs quickly and they also saved me some money on some parts, which was wonderful. So no matter what you need for your car go check them out they’re incredibly fair and I think they are a much needed service in Burbank.
