Not a good experience. They promised to do a service but did it poorly and I believe they got one important thing completely wrong. When I brought this to their attention they offered to let me bring the car back which was nice but not really helpful because it would be a lot of extra time and trouble for me to give them a second chance, plus I had obviously lost confidence at that point. I tried to compromise but they refused.

I went in to Future Auto Service for several things over three visits, all with different circumstances, but with the same outcome (good service) each time: - 1st: Ended up at FAS on a really unfortunate Saturday afternoon when a transmission issue I noticed the day before went from "bad" to "worse." After being stuck on the road for an hour, FAS came up on my radar since they were the only shop near me that was open after 3p on Saturday ans they told me that they could take care of everything. After having my car towed there, they were able to get me situated and let me know that I could expect an update on Monday when their transmission tech was in. Everything proceeded as they told me it was going to and I was given text updates throughout the process, so I was never unaware of what was happening. While I thought the servicing was a little expensive at the time, friends and family that I told about it told me that the price wasn't that bad all things considered. 2nd: Following my first visit, some services they recommended I also get were a wheel alignment and new tires, since I had two tires on my car that honestly hadn't been modified since I originally bought it. When I did go in for that, I also decided to have the oil changed, since that maintenance alert was showing up. I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly from the day I called in. As before, I was given expectations, updates were provided as things were happening, and while I'm no expert in wheel alignment, I appreciated the explanation given of what was done. 3rd: Following the oil change, I noticed there was a sizeable leak a day later. I called in to come back for review and they were able to get me in the same day - even letting me know of a cancelation and having me come in sooner. Fixing the oil leak didnt take very long, as it turned out it was a deformity in the filter they put in previously, where they went ahead and changed that and replaced the oil. Part of me expected some hidden service fee, but I was free to go once they had finished - no shady business there. A little rambly for a review, but I hope simular shoppers appreciate a bit of context when someone gives these reviews. I will likely be going back to FAS for other issues moving forward. Nice staff, good communication, and decent pricing compared to other auto shops I've been to since moving to LA. If you need auto work done, giving Future Auto Service a try might be what you need. It was fast, and the service was great

I needed to replace the battery on my BMW 328i. Even though it was late in the afternoon on a Saturday, and the battery is a very specialized one, Edgar was able to squeeze me in and do the work immediately. The price was fair, and everybody at the shop was courteous and efficient. I really appreciate the service, and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!

What a pleasant auto body experience! I sat outside at a beautiful crafted patio Furniture with table and chairs and shade. Really took in the fresh air and hospitality. I was greeted with smiling faces and ice cold beverage in hand. Check in was quick and efficient. I was left with Information with my vehicle along with staff that pulled my vehicle out for me and was ready to finish my day. What an amazing experience at future auto body shop! Job 👍🏼 well👏done!
