The service was fast and efficient. I had my oil changed and a multi-inspection. They even provided a shuttle within the Burbank area. The prices though are higher than average

Had my Mustang towed here when my radiator blew up. Great communication with everyone, very nice people. Even topped off the ATF for my convertible top and when they forgot to put my car cover back, they literally sent someone to my house to drop it off same day. Definitely can't go wrong taking your car here.

After getting a laundry list of expensive repair quotes from my dealership I decided to take my car in for a second opinion somewhere else. I gave Future Auto Service a shot after seeing all of the great reviews online, and they more than lived up to the hype! Tiko and Andrea were incredibly nice and happy to answer all of my questions. They were thorough, gave me printed out details of their inspection, and refused to take a tip I offered after the fact even though the inspection was free of charge. They clearly care about giving quality service over making a quick buck. Ill definitely be returning here when my car needs work! There was only one thing on the laundry list of issues that they said should be addressed in the near future and their quote was far more affordable than my dealership. The shop was very comfortable, I was offered drinks and snacks several times. They had a cozy indoor and outdoor set up while I waited for my car. Thanks Tiko and Andrea!

They kept my car for a week, called me Friday night to tell me they weren't able to fix my car and that I had to come pick it up unfixed. I'm out the money for a weeklong rental car and my car is still in need of repair so I guess I'm going somewhere else.
