I recently took my car to Future Auto Service for some routine maintenance, and honestly, the whole experience was top-tier. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely helpful, super friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. They answered all my questions and made the process feel smooth. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain things without being pushy or rushing through. While I waited, I hung out in their lounge area, which was actually really nice. They were on top of it and my car was ready in no time. I seriously can’t thank them enough for how easy they made everything. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future service. Highly recommend!

Update- I have spoken on the phone with Arthur, the owner of future Auto Service. He has always been a good guy, and he is been working with a repair shop in AL to address this issue. I have an appointment with them on Tuesday to evaluate the issue. I have always liked Arthur, and I’m hoping this leads to a swift resolution. I took my car to future auto service from 2020 until 2025, and I had a great experience during those years. Andre and Tiko did great work. I recently had damage to the tailgate requiring body work. They promised they could do it and complete it in time for my car to be shipped across country. After poor communication and multiple delays, they returned the car to me with an unpainted tailgate so I could ship the car. They assured me the functionality was appropriate. As I drove out of the lot, the left turn signal was not working. I turned around and they hurriedly fixed it. I’m now driving at night on the interstate for the first time, and after being flashed my multiple drivers, I learned that the running lights are not functioning on either side. This despite the fact that they only worked on the driver side rear. I was charged over $2000 for this repair. They took advantage of the fact the car was to be shipped across country, and there would be no accountability for their work. Awful. Do not recommend.

Update- I have spoken on the phone with Arthur, the owner of future Auto Service. He offered to help with electrical issues; however, now water is leaking into the car from outside. I had the gate evaluated by another company. The tailgate they placed on my car has significant fire damage and does not provide complete seal from the elements. Best Auto Repair shop. They make things easy and go above and beyond to serve their customers. I won’t go anywhere else for auto service and repair.

Awesome service, fair, honest, quick - i just drove there so they can take a look at my headlights which weren't well adjusted, they literally fixed it in 1 minute, did not charge anything at all, I was literally for a few mins and left. Very good nice people and service and honest, which is not always easy to find - So I highly recommend these guys!

A tidy little shop with excellent service. The staffs, especially Henry was so friendly and helpful. He went an extra mile to resolve my problem. Highly recommended.
