I had a wonderful experience with Future Auto. I had an issue with my Prius hybrid system, so was very happy to hear that they had a designated Toyota technician. I had my car towed in and Michael was great and had it looked at right away. He first checked if anything was under warranty and then give a two repair options. I asked his opinion due to the age of my car and I really appreciated his thoughtful answers! Only took a day to get the part in and they were able to fix it quickly. The car has driven beautifully ever since. Everyone that I encountered while there was really friendly and helpful. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot for car service!

OMG! I am so impressed with the appearance of the waiting room, the welcoming hospitality of the receptionist Ashley, the prompt work of Tigran, and attentive to detail Mike. I have to say, reasonably priced. But then again, my Audi- Audrey is worth every penny and more. My car's check engine light came on, and I needed fast, reliable service. This shop was recommended by a family member, and they didn't disappoint. They inspected my car right away, found a few issues, including an oil leak and oil buildup, the battery that was already dying, and advised me not to drive it until repairs were completed. The car stayed in the shop for a day and was returned to me running properly. There may be plenty of auto shops out there, but not all are credible. Do your research or go with trusted recommendations before leaving your car in someone else's hands. Value: very reasonable prices.
