Very incompetent service came in at 8 am for an a c service did not get to it till 9:30 when the workers finally came in l am not going back ever again

Came in for an oil change and was there for over 2.5 hours. The tech informed me they needed to get a different oil drain plug, so I was happy to wait. But once the part arrived, there was no urgency from the staff to work on my car. They assured me the team was working on it, but I looked out the window and saw them all chatting together in the parking lot/checking out new vehicles that just arrived while my car sat unattended. The receptionist told them to get to work on my car, but once it was "ready," it was the same deal. I went outside and the tech ran from my car, saying he'd be right back. After a few minutes, I saw him in an adjacent bay chatting and laughing with his coworker. I understand there's downtime in any job, but felt very disrespectful of my time for them to actively avoid working on my vehicle while they know I'm there waiting. Wouldn't waste the time here again.

When my car broke down on the freeway at 4:30 on a Saturday, Andre and his team were quick to respond that they would be available to help. They were honest and gave me clear guidance about the problem and handled everything quickly and professionally. I would definitely consider coming back for any future auto repair needs.
