My parked vehicle was hit - and towed (thank god) to Future Auto with Andre. Truthfully, my insurance was terrible at communicating. Andre on the other hand was the absolute best customer service ever. I was absolutely blown away and even though the car ended a total loss my husband and I both said in the future (see what I did there) Andre would be who we’d want to trust with our car. Super pleased.

Andre, Ashley, and the whole Future staff are friendly, courteous, relaxed, and knowledgeable. They have created an atmosphere of fast, efficient service without that twitchy dealer upsell pressure -- I felt respected and in control of the decisions that were needed about my car's repair priorities. They're very good at building relationships and trust. Happy to use them again!

I Believe that I’ve found my Forever Auto Service!!!!!! As a AAA Member, I researched & the reviews for Future Auto Service were outstanding, so I decided to try it out for myself & was NOT disappointed!!! I feel that they are honest & very knowledgeable!! You should give them a try too.

Booking was super easy and convenient and I got an appointment right away. Once I got there the guys were great to check me in and keep me up to date on the service. No pressure on any add on service. They fixed my car’s AC and replaced a rear brake pad with ease. 10/10 would go back for future needs
