Wonderful people from top to bottom. Top tier auto shop. Highly recommend this place. The advisor Mike is terrific and knowledgeable and super kind. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. I felt at home all the time. And the best is the owner. He is a problem solver and he doesn’t give up until you are satisfied. Big thanks to him I will never forget him and his help

Pretty pricey auto shop, but you get what you pay for. They have great customer service, do good work, and even have Saturday hours which is awesome. I took my older Sonata there for multiple services and was mostly satisfied every time. Just be aware they always charge on the highest end of whatever range google might tell you a service costs. They are very transparent about the costs before doing any work. I recommend to anyone in the Burbank area.

Took a car for a pre inspection from a private seller. They did an awesome job. They were honest to both parties of their findings with vehicle. We highly recommend using them again.

Ive only had a few mechanics in my driving journey, which is over the last 50 years and theyve all been fair and good. I knew what they were doing. Then my mechanic retired and it was a little weary of trying to look for a new one and I found a great one with future auto repair in Burbank. Im so excited that I found a new mechanic that I cant trust. Thank you future auto oh how did I find them? One of my friends that I go to church with who happened to have just passed away told me all about Mike at future auto and when my engine light went on the other day I had to have somebody look at it and I remembered BarbaraAnn telling me go to future auto. So I did on the same day that she passed mustve a good sign that she left me with. So if youre looking for a good place to get your car fixed, give me a shot. Theyre pretty darn good. Oh, and one more thing, they have a lovely facility inside and out to wait for your work to be done. Thats a big giant plus. Give him a try you wont be disappointed. Roz Noziska.-Zaun

Can't recommend this place enough. Not only do they have the lowest prices for an oil change that I can find, their service is extremely friendly. They go above and beyond explaining what's going on with your car and are honest and transparent the whole way. 5 stars across the board.

Best autoshop I’ve been to in the valley. Had my catalytic converter stolen and these guys made the experience so much better. Gave us one of their sale cars as a loaner since we had trouble with insurance and the rental, which was not necessary but super helpful. Not only got me a new cat and shield, but fixed the car where the thieves had hastily lifted it and damaged the underside. They also repainted the side where paint had been chipped away. They helped every step of the way with insurance and getting us the best deal on the rental that we finally were able to get. I had brake and rotor problems since before the theft so I had them fix that while it was in the shop. My car no longer shakes when braking downhill. Arthur and Mike were fantastic and I can’t recommend Future Auto enough. They have new forever customers in me and my girlfriend.
