Henry and Arthur treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness! Their lobby area and outdoor waiting are are so clean and stocked with water, coffee and fruit. The repair area looked extremely clean. I never felt like I was waiting in a greasy, dirty repair shop. They knew exactly what needed to be done to my car. Communicated well with my insurance company and with me. When I picked my car up it looked like as if it had never been hit and brand new. They took the extra time to do the job well. I highly recommend Future Auto Service.

I had a great experience with Future Auto Service. I needed new tires and they were very personable, professional, informative and the work was done quickly at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back here again and recommend to others.

The place is very clean, neat and hospitable. The chip even offered free water, coffee and dessert. The analysis of the parts were fair but the labor cost is too much. Plus, if the recommended parts and labor were done, there is still possible new assessments in terms of parts and labor. That is only fair for them to warn me, nevertheless the labor cost was scary. And the shop informed that they would call me as soon as the assessment was made in Friday To make sure, I called them early on Friday morning to remind them as I brought the car late Thursday afternoon. Again they said they would call me. I waited all day until I decided to call them at 3:00 pm. Well, they said that they text me Friday morning. I double checked my text messages, there was none. I informed them that so they said they will text me again. When they sent the text messages, I tried to compare to any previous text messages. Nothing was similar to what they sent me at 3:00 pm. Either they lied or the person supposed to call or text me did not do it. It does not appear to be a huge issue but that also tells me they could lie such as the labor cost. But their warm hospitality was undeniable.

My Ford Escape was trying to steer itself left and I needed a 35k mile check up just to make sure she is safe in the road. Got new tires, mine were cracking after 9 years on CA roads now she rides smooth as buttah. As a woman and a senior I feel I was well taken care of and Future Auto is now my go to mechanic shop. Everyone was kind, place was clean and comfortable and making an appt on line was easy. Thank you for keeping me safe.

My review covers at least three categories- the aesthetics of the auto body shop, the personal experience and the business experience. This shop is kept pristine; so clean and with complimentary fruit and water. The young woman checking me in was kind as well as officious. Another young man came to explain the possibilities of what could occur with my car. Finally Henry, with impeccable manners, explained the details of the problem with my car and gave a breakdown of future work. Overall my experience was quite positive, especially for a woman seeking help with an ailing car!
