Superb customer service and expertise at Future Auto. I took my (much older) vehicle in for a very elusive A/C issue and Future's technicians really took their time to diagnose from every possible angle to root out the problem, while also keeping me updated all along the way. Highly recommend !

I read this place had good reviews. And I wasn’t disappointed. Had some work done on my daughter‘s car. They gave me all the information I needed upfront through texting which was very efficient and helpful and I could show it to my daughter and they gave me a good estimate on my wife’s van. A Better estimate than the other place I went to. The clean environment and professional staff that works there were helpful, especially Edgar who I worked with directly. They finished my daughter‘s car in time for her to go to work. I would recommend this place to a friend!

Great service, good communication, quality repairs

I brought my Honda Civic Si in for A/C repair after having some issues, and the team at Future Auto Service did a great job. They replaced my compressor and expansion valve, recharged the system, and now the A/C is blowing cold again with no problems. The service was professional, the work was done right, and I left feeling confident in the repair. The labor costs are definitely on the higher side, but that’s expected in California. The quality of work and customer service made it worth it, and overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend this shop. A special thanks to Ashley at the front desk—she was kind, accommodating, and even handpicked the coldest water from the fridge for me while I waited. Small gestures like that really make the experience stand out.

Such amazing customer service. Saw Arthur greet me as I walked through the door. God Bless this man for hooking it up on the first service free when buying my new truck from his dealership in Glendale. Super easy in and out service. Also gave me great advice on where to get after market leather seats on my new truck which helped me a ton. God Bless them all!!!
