Very impressed with the integrity and hospitality of this business and their staff! My mom needed a new auto body shop for her Subaru and I was referred to Future Auto by a friend who had nothing but praise for their work - and she was absolutely right! Ashley at the front desk was warm and welcoming and walked us through the basics of our car's inspection, and she even brought over the cabin air filter to show us its current condition and confirm our request for a new one. Wait time was nothing, maybe an hour and a half tops - and it was so lovely hanging out in their outdoor patio. The pricing was great too - much less than we anticipated! Our car got the tune-up she needed, and then some. And most importantly, we've found an auto body shop we can trust. 5 stars all around!

I like this shop and the customer service so much specially Henry the manager that is always running the shop clean. I live on the west and never regret to drive a bit more to get my porsche serviced over there, very caring team and high quality service. Will totally recommend them!

They took a good care of my Chevy Volt. I needed a tire sensor changed and it was quick and easy. Ashley is amazing!

I recently took my car to Future Auto Service for some routine maintenance, and honestly, the whole experience was top-tier. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely helpful, super friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. They answered all my questions and made the process feel smooth. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain things without being pushy or rushing through. While I waited, I hung out in their lounge area, which was actually really nice. They were on top of it and my car was ready in no time. I seriously can’t thank them enough for how easy they made everything. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future service. Highly recommend!

Update- I have spoken on the phone with Arthur, the owner of future Auto Service. He has always been a good guy, and he is been working with a repair shop in AL to address this issue. I have an appointment with them on Tuesday to evaluate the issue. I have always liked Arthur, and I’m hoping this leads to a swift resolution. I took my car to future auto service from 2020 until 2025, and I had a great experience during those years. Andre and Tiko did great work. I recently had damage to the tailgate requiring body work. They promised they could do it and complete it in time for my car to be shipped across country. After poor communication and multiple delays, they returned the car to me with an unpainted tailgate so I could ship the car. They assured me the functionality was appropriate. As I drove out of the lot, the left turn signal was not working. I turned around and they hurriedly fixed it. I’m now driving at night on the interstate for the first time, and after being flashed my multiple drivers, I learned that the running lights are not functioning on either side. This despite the fact that they only worked on the driver side rear. I was charged over $2000 for this repair. They took advantage of the fact the car was to be shipped across country, and there would be no accountability for their work. Awful. Do not recommend.
