My review covers at least three categories- the aesthetics of the auto body shop, the personal experience and the business experience. This shop is kept pristine; so clean and with complimentary fruit and water. The young woman checking me in was kind as well as officious. Another young man came to explain the possibilities of what could occur with my car. Finally Henry, with impeccable manners, explained the details of the problem with my car and gave a breakdown of future work. Overall my experience was quite positive, especially for a woman seeking help with an ailing car!

We found Future Auto through a AAA authorized repair center search. Our experience at Future Auto was like finding the right doctor for a serious surgery. Even though the repair was costly and took some time, we felt that the communications were prompt, excellent, informative and professional. All the good qualities of a well-run business. Tiko and his technicians went the extra mile to perform a transmission replacement and related services, giving us discounts when possible, for which we are grateful. It's rare to find a trustworthy auto repair business, but we are very happy to have had a satisfying experience with Tiko and his team. Their office and shop is busy, but clean, comfortable, and orderly - good signs that give us confidence we're dealing with a good business. I brought my 2024 Lexus RX350 to Future Auto Service for a tire rotation and oil change for my daily long drives in valley, and the experience was excellent. The staff was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Service was quick, and my SUV feels ready for the road. Absolutely stellar experience with this mechanic shop! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the customer service was top-notch friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. What really stood out to me is how on top of everything they are. I had my car towed here when it would not start because of the positive reviews I saw here. I had two concerns: why is it not starting, and why a month after the oil had been at a normal level was the oil down to almost nothing. The mechanic told me that I needed a new starter but could not tell me anything about the oil issue. So I did some research and found there are some basic things that can be checked to figure out why oil was consumed or leaked so quickly. The mechanic told me it was not possible to check those things without intensive labor. I did some research and found out that actually they can be easily checked on by a 20min to 1hr test called a compression test, and that this is in fact considered part of basic diagnostics for an oil issue like the one I experienced. The mechanic told me actually he can do the compression test after all but it would cost me 2 hours of his labor (even tho this test takes a maximum of 1 hour). I asked why this was not part of the diagnostics that are included and he said that since he already found one problem with my car, the starter, any other diagnostics would cost extra. So I called another car repair place and they said that they would do all diagnostics including a compression test for 95 dollar, and that just like I read, a compression test is generally considered a part of basic diagnostics, this is vs the Future Auto cost for those same diagnostics that would have totaled 380 dollars (180 diagnostic + 2 hrs labor for compression test assuming 100/hr labor). Anyway, I guess since I had questions and didn’t just agree to everything, he told me that I could just come pick up my car and “make both of our lives easier.” I think it’s unprofessional and a red flag when if you ask questions the professional you are dealing with gets upset or defensive, and I don’t really like being spoken to in that way, so I picked up my car and took it to the other place I spoke to. The other mechanic has been much nicer and more understanding about why I might want to understand what I am shelling out hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money for. Oh and Future Auto told me I needed to spend 700 dollars to replace my starter, but turns out the starter wasn’t even the issue. 🤡
