After an accident, where I had considerable damage to my vehicle, I wanted to still be able to keep my car. Future Auto was able to manage things with the insurance company and keep them from declaring the car totaled. I got my car back and it looks brand new and runs great. They kept me informed about what needed to be done, and kept me updated on their progress. They were professional and kind. I felt very good about my experience here, and highly recommend them.

Took my car in for its regular maintenance check and to have the brakes looked at. Reasonable price for the tune up and honest feedback about the brakes: nothing wrong with them. Friendly and polite employees. A clean and comfortable waiting area. We drive from Santa Clarita to Burbank and it’s worth it.

I was stuck with what seemed like a dead battery after parking my car to pick up my daughter from school. I was dealing with AAA for 3 days in a row trying to find someone to help me but they weren’t helpful. They told me my “battery is too big” and they didn’t have the ability to charge it. I finally called Future and they sent out a tow truck immediately. The driver brought 2 portable chargers for my front battery and used jumper cables for the back battery and I was able to start the car and drive it to their shop. Future did a check and realized I bought the battery from them (and it was under warranty!) so they replaced it on the spot at no cost. Arthur, the owner, Tico and Andre (service reps) were super helpful. While they worked on the car, they offered me baklava and coffee (both were delicious). I’ve taken my car here for other service issues over the last 4-5 years and they have always been top notch. I always recommend Future Auto Sales and Future Auto Service to anyone looking to purchase a car or to get their car serviced. They are honest, competitively priced and work quickly.

We had our car towed in for a 2nd opinion after the Jeep dealer said I needed a new engine in my 2018 Grand Cherokee and quoted an outrageous price. Future Auto Service ordered an engine based on everything the dealer said and what I told them, only to find out that my engine didn’t need to be replaced. They fixed the water pump and a few other issues while they had it, including replacing my broken windshield…but their honesty about the engine and the quality of service made me a customer for life! Thank you to Andre and his team for the amazing follow up.
