I went in to get a free checkup after seeing the offer on the website. The Appointment was quick and easy to schedule and was greeted and got right to work upon arrival. The team were very pleasant to work with and explained the issues found in detail. The work and estimate provided were well organized. The price for labor is definitely higher then other places, but i'm sure the work done matches in quality.

Honestly the best service I’ve gotten in Los Angeles since 1978 !!! Arthur and his crew are so professional it was an amazing experience at future auto. I’m happy they are in Burbank. Not to many places treat you the same. Thank you guys!!!

My experience at Future Auto Service with Andre and team was excellent. I used them to recharge my A/C, fix power windows and replace a broken power side mirror. They also replaced the tires after advising they are unsafe for driving. Andre provided excellent service and communication from the start, and the entire experience and quality of work was top notch.

It was my first time getting anything in my car repaired but I came in knowing what the prices of services should be. Future Auto did not take advantage of my lack of experience at all; they did an evaluation at no cost and gave estimates and asked for confirmation before committing to any service, and provided a clear breakout of material and labor. The customer service was incredible, and they were able to complete everything I needed the day of my appointment as well as order a cover for my catalytic converter which not all auto shops have. I will 100% come back and recommend people to this shop.
