The service here is unmatched! The issue with my car took more than a day to diagnose, but Andre kept me well-informed throughout the whole process, so I didn't feel like I was waiting that long. Everyone here is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Best auto service I have ever used

Tiko was great. Went in for minor repairs and he told me which repairs were worth my money and which was not. Because of his honesty, I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Mary said they were very up- front with the cost of the repairs and they performed them in a timely manner. She said she's been going there for ten years, which shows the type of customer service they have and the work they do.

My engine light went on, and I immediately called the guys. There were able to get me in almost right away. They diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed it in two days! And the pricing was very adequate too! They literally saved me before the holidays!

Great customer service I'll be back despite the issues I was told they had the battery I needed in stock, they didn't. But they ordered it when I got in. I basically got screwed for 2+ extra hours of time because the delivery service fucked up, I was getting a little close to a time crunch (as it was taking 5x as long as I was quoted) But the customer service was spectacular and it was a situation out of both of our control. Can't blame them for someone else's issue, yet they were chill and apologetic, they even knocked about 50% off my service & issued a future credit. I'm newish to the area, so I'll be back as I get through my list of maintenance I need done. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service!

After an accident, where I had considerable damage to my vehicle, I wanted to still be able to keep my car. Future Auto was able to manage things with the insurance company and keep them from declaring the car totaled. I got my car back and it looks brand new and runs great. They kept me informed about what needed to be done, and kept me updated on their progress. They were professional and kind. I felt very good about my experience here, and highly recommend them.
