Customer service is on point, love the way I feel when I walk in, and when I leave. A great employee is Tiko I want to acknowledge every time I'm there he makes me feel welcome and comfortable when I bring my car in, and out. Also I'm not sure of his name but I would believe is the manger the boss is always there with a smile and greets everyone with respect. This is the place I take for my car for any issues and they always make me feel good to welcome me back with any more issues they will make sure the mechanical issue is fixed.

My car was making bad sounds and I knew I needed to get it looked at. With so many repair shops around, in addition to being a female, I used Google reviews to narrow that down. That's when I came across Future Auto Service in Burbank. Andre assisted from beginning to end. They had a mechanic ride with me twice to hear the sounds it was making, they had me leave it for half a day to inspect and come up with an estimate. Andre was communicative, helpful and the team went above and beyond for me. They worked on and replaced several things on my car and did it for a very reasonable price within my budget. It's been a month and I've had no issues. I have found my new repair shop and will recommend this place for sure.

I can't recommend Future Auto Service enough for car service. I just had my oil changed and vehicle serviced and super impressed with the very nice waiting area and welcoming staff. Very trustworthy and professional. I'm very happy with the service provided and definitely will be going back for any future needs.
