Future Auto and specifically Mike are GREAT! I had a very challenging situation a few weeks ago, car died in between out of town trips and I needed to get car towed to them and repaired. They stayed engaged and provided valuable information about the car (EV) which the tow company needed. Excellent service, great price! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy business to handle your car maintenance needs.

The fuel pump went out on our Ford Escape, we had AAA tow it to Future Auto Service on a Friday evening, we received a phone call firat thing Saturday morning to discuss the issues. They had many cars in front of ours and since we were in no rush agreed to diagnose on Monday. Received a call amd quote by 12 pm. stopped by and spoke with the office manager about the bill, they offered some discounts to help reduce the cost. Our vehicle was ready by 4 pm. Same day of diagnosis. They were great with communication and efficient with repair time. Strongly recommend.

I had my car done here recently. They quoted me for a job that took them 20 hours to complete (according to their 207/hour labor rate). I went in with my BMW for a valve cover repair. They diagnosed that my car also needed more repairs that required the valve cover removal anyway. I was instead charged what is essentially double the labor. I contacted other shops regarding how long this job takes (assuming parts are on hand). I got as low as 5 hours to as high as 10 hours. This is nowhere near the 20 hours they charged me. I do not doubt the quality of the work that they do, how clean and great their facility is, how swiftly they did the work, and how knowledgeable they are. I appreciate them doing extra stuff for me. However, their labor quote for my job was egregious.

Bought a car in Burbank and was going to drive back to Seattle, but noticed some issues with the car the Friday I was set to leave. Future got me in that hour, were able to get parts and fix the car in a couple hours. Went above and beyond every step of the way, didn’t try upselling anything. 10/10 experience, would recommend them to anyone.
