Got me in and out quickly. Had a sense before I came of what the problem was, and took care of it. Always competent, friendly and kind. You feelnyou can trust these people.

Nothing but good vibes…the team members who work here are, friendly, cordial, sociable and knowledgeable about issues you may have with your car make, model and type. I had an issue with getting into my car and needed help with my door and trunk lock on the same day. I came in about 5 minutes after opening. They were able to tell me what the problem was, set a time later that day for me to get my vehicle and quote me a reasonable price. This shop has a very different vibe from most of the car shops I’ve been too; staff is motivated to help and despite the rain (there was a flash flood warning that day) they sent a car to take me back to the shop once we settled on a time for repair completion and created a positive atmosphere and environment. Overall, 5 stars for the experience

No drama was made, I dropped the car off, they diagnosed the problems, they communicated, I approved and they did the work. There was no upsell, no drama, no stress. We did the repairs that were necessary, and the left the ones that weren't and every step of the way the team were communicative and kind. Very helpful, and I will be returning here from now on.

Andre was very helpful and made the whole experience a great one. I had originally come in with some issues that a different mechanic had brought up and I needed a second opinion. I learned that Future Auto Service was part of CarMax's MaxCare authorized repair shops and since I have the warranty coverage I decided to come by. Andre and the team had gone over it and verified that the original issue was actually perfectly fine and instead found another problem with the car that they fully examined and made sure that everything was working fine. All in all, it was a great experience and I will return for future maintenance and repairs.

The service here is unmatched! The issue with my car took more than a day to diagnose, but Andre kept me well-informed throughout the whole process, so I didn't feel like I was waiting that long. Everyone here is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
