I’m so happy to have found Future Auto Service. I’ve gone to the Cadillac dealership for my service in the past and I felt as though I was being robbed for simple services, but Future Auto Service does great work and they don’t rob you in the process. I’ve told all my friends and family to take their cars to Future. I honestly love this place for keeping my car running its best. Thanks to all the amazing staff! You guys are great!!!

So my battery/alternator warning light was one and scheduled to make an appointment the following Monday. On my way to the shop, my car battery died just a mile out. Triple A was going to take around 2 hrs just to get out there. Luckily Aaron and one of his coworkers (sorry I didn’t catch your name man), decided to drive out and install a temporary battery and offered to drive me back to the shop as I was shaken up. Took a couple days but I called and was given consistent updates on the car from Aaron. I’ve got the car back and I’m happy with the work and customer service, I definitely recommend this auto shop.

Went in for oil change and it was done on time which really helped my busy schedule. Awesome facility with great service from the team. Aaron is a great service advisor, fast and explained process thoroughly.

I've had several repairs done at Future Auto Service. Artur, the owner, always takes good care of us. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I brought in my '99 Mercedes recently, as it wasn't going to pass the smog test. It took several visits to rectify the problem, but Aaron always made sure to have the work done as I waited (comfortable waiting areas) and communicated clearly and personably. One extra note: an excellent variety of music plays at F.A.S. while you wait. At first I couldn't tell where the sound was coming from. I was amused to discover that the speakers were disguised as rocks in the garden by the outdoor waiting area. Just another humanizing touch. Highly recommended!
