Today was my first day going to Future Auto Service, and I thought the guys in the office Tiko and Andre where great. They answered all my questions that I had also they were very attentive, I have made the decision that I will be going to Future Auto Service from now on. Also I will be telling all my friends about this place.

My vehicle needed 4 tires and an alignment. I shopped with around with Costco and other nearby shops and no even got close to the price and convenience of Future Auto Service. The shop and waiting area is super clean and most importantly the staff is attentive. Tires were ordered and within 1 hour they were delivered and installed. The equipment they used for alignment and tires is top notch and I felt comfortable through out the whole process. They do regular scheduled maintenance also, I will be returning for my services on my Mercedes-Benz. I am happy that there is a local shop that has the knowledge and equipment of a dealership with unbeatable prices and attentive and personal service. Thank you guys for taking care of my car.

Lasheyl said they were unable to fix the electrical issue because the person who does it is only there a few times a week but overall they recommend this business for service.

As usual I woke up one morning and pulled out of the garage only to find some strange puddle under my car that wasn't there the day before. I used the online reservation system at Future Auto to make an appointment and got a message from Tiko who confirmed the information. I took the car over there the next morning and it was diagnosed in a very timely fashion and since they know me and they're honest folks he told me what it was and how much it was going to cost and just as a general reaction even though the price was probably lower than anywhere else... I had a little heart attack but because they're good guys I asked if there was anything they could do to extremely lower the cost without making it dangerous to drive and was given a call back soon thereafter with a significantly lower price and an explanation how they got to that new price. (Called their vendors, asked about AAA discounts, Tiko spoke to the owner, etc.) which is another reason I like them, the transparency. Now understand these guys aren't in business to do charity work there's got to be a profit there somewhere but they understand not everyone has pockets full of money and especially if you are a repeat customer like me with a very old car or I would imagine if you had a car that you wanted to last a long time they are willing to help. Plus a good customer always asks questions. In the end the work was done quickly. And Tiko explained the charges and told me the only thing they could see I should keep an eye on for the immediate future were the front tire treads but he never tried to upsell me. Love these guys.

Fantastic service! Friendly and honest about what needed to be done, how much it would cost, etc. Definitely my go-to place in the future and I've already recommended them to my friends.
