I've been going to this Repair Shop since Chalard left and have been satisfied with the Service, people are helpful and accommodating, and are always there to help you. I have so much to say about the service of which I don't regret going back again and again coz I have an old Honda Civic and they make it run like a new one. I recommend this shop for any problem you have in your car they can fix it and fix it good too.

Great place for oil change and all kinds of things. Service was great. People were nice. I recomend anyone that needs any repairs or oil change to go there. The prices for everything are cheap and great quality of work.

Ok, real talk. I was hesitant to come to Future for the first time in 2016 when the old owner Chalard was gone. I went to him for 7 years and he was as honest, hardworking and one of the best mechanics in all of LA- EVER! I read some reviews about the new owners and were not impressed, but I wanted to find out for myself and I'M SO GLAD I WENT AND DID NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS! Everyone can't be happy so you have to go for yourself. They fixed my EGR valve I needed to be installed on my older 2000 Suzuki (a car for which doesn't really exist anymore) and they fixed it to the point where my old car ran like brand new. This was all on Christmas Eve of 2016. Fast Forward to now in 2017, I had some other problems to fix and Rafo was always available to help and to fix what I needed. This time I had to leave my car overnight (for which I NEVER DO), but I did this time and once again, Rafo and his mechanics fixed the problems with my car just in time for me to go to work later that morning. I couldn't believe how incredibly fast they worked and how incredibly easy it was to come back and pick it up. The pricing was the best after calling around to eight different places. Fast Forward again to July 5th, I came back because it's a car, things happen no matter how well you keep it up and fix it. This time, my car was locked in PARK and would not shift out due to a security feature I never knew about my car in all these years. Then my electrical went out and I had no blinkers, no AC and some other problems, all of this happened on my birthday just two days before I brought it in. I was able to jimmy the emergency lever release feature to get to Future Auto that morning and Rafo greets me with a smile same as usual. I was in and out in 30 minutes. A blown fuse was the culprit and he fixed it with ease. I have been more then doubly blessed to follow my instincts and give them a try and I am so glad I did. Friendly, knowledgable, Rafo and his mechanics have great laughs when talking about cars and great prices! Highly recommend and just go for yourself.

At first I left a positive review but the next day I drove out of town to Newport Beach and my car started wobbling. I went to Just Tires to find out the problem and they told me that my tires were over filled. Future auto service put 45 pounds in ea tire when they were supposed to only have 30. One of the tires is completely ruined because it caused irreversible damage. I'm going to have to replace the tire. When I called Future Auto Service, Rafo completely denied he did that and refused to help me out at all. You would think he would offer to at least refund the oil change which is the reason I went there in the first place. Instead he just kept denying he overfilled them. They were the only people that even touched my tires so it was definitely them. He was not friendly, sorry or accommodating at all. I would stay far away from them since they do not cop to their mistakes.

I can always trust them to look at my car and not try and sell me on stuff I don't really need. This place is upfront and when I've had repairs done they've been for a low or average price. They are also fairly quick and you can make an appointment online which I also really like!
