Rafo and his team are always amazing, courteous and helpful. Even when I just pop in to talk about a 'new sound' I am hearing. They always make time for me. 'Just bring it by, anytime you want. We'll take a look at it' is they're usual statement. And I love that they stand behind their work, no questions asked.
