Burbank Auto Repair

I found Future Auto after the shop / my mechanic of 15 years moved from Burbank to Tarzana. I own four vehicles and they have serviced two of them on a handful of occasions over the past two years. I used to work on my own vehicles "back in the day" but not so much anymore.. so I usually drop off my vehicles and Rafi, Carlos and Jesse will let me throw down a 2 minute monologue about what is wrong with it before handing off the keys. They are fun to talk to, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. These cats are top notch and I highly recommend them... you will not be disappointed!

Always very quick and no extra hassle. They are one of the most affordable oil changes around. At this visit the card reading machine was out of receipt paper preventing my card from being read. The workers there didn’t make it a big deal and offered to call me later after their work day to take my card info over the phone. I really appreciated them being so easy going about it.

AMAZING SERVICE , AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I first came awhile to get my Maserati serviced & it was smooth. Carlos used to work at the dealership so he was a familiar face to see when I came to work on my car. The price was AMAZING compared to everywhere else that services high end cars. With such an amazing time, of course I had to come back. This is now the only place I will take my foreigns to get serviced. Thankyou Carlos & Thankyou FAS!

First time I saw them they replaced my starter at a fair price. It was great that they were able to call and replace the exact same day. My starter went out again 4 months later and they replaced at no charge. Highly recommend this place for efficient and quick service. I can always count on them.

My car had a sensor malfunction reading.I had the sensor replaced by them .The car wasn’t working properly after that .Future auto went above and beyond to find the error and fixed it with no labor charge .

Very helpful, and were able to do the job amazingly on my vehicle.

The service was great. The repairs was smooth and Rafo even showed me how damaged the old pieces were too. BUT I did notice a chip on my bumper around the area the services were performs. Me being so particular about the details of my car I know 100% there was no chip on my bumper. I inspect my car every time I drive. (Only once a week) I know never inch of the vehicle. Now it’s time for Future to repair my bumper - will they step up and accept responsibility...? Until my next review. 5 stars for service 3 stars for TLC of my car.

I've been dealing with Future Auto for some years now from purchasing cars at their Glendale location, and now their "Future Auto Services". I was having an issue with my battery this afternoon so I called and spoke to Carlos whom I have dealt with back in Glendale before and who is a super nice person. Carlos asked us to bring our car in and so we did and the mechanic check our battery in every way which turned out to be good and all it needed was it to be cleaned. Thank you Carlos and the mechanics for taking care of us and our car. Awesome Job!! ****Super Nice & Trustworthy****
