Always a pleasure to deal with! These guys have earned my trust by being honest about the work that needs to be done and the time it’s going to take to get it done. Can’t tell how many times I’ve gone to other places to have routine work done only to be up sold with other fixes (you need new this and new that). I worked on my own cars growing up so I know what is essential to a car and what is not. They may not be the bottom barrel cheapest, but you can trust these guys to tell you the truth about what needs to be done with your vehicle.

The most helpful honest mechanics. My second visit here. Brought my vehicle to have the AC Diagnosed , it had stopped blowing cold air . They did a full diagnostic and found no issues resulting in a faulty air system. The air had started blowing cold again before I had dropped it off. Regardless I was charged nothing for the diagnostic service . Thanks Future Auto Service .

I call to make an appointment and I arrive at my time and they took me right of way I don't wait to much I believe My wait was around 30 a 45 min the most and the services was excellent I will take my car for all the services from now on I recommend they don't offer service that you car don't need at the moment they are honest and tell you why you need for you car thanks Future Auto services my car is a Lexus nx200

I woke up this morning to find my exhaust on my BMW was loose at the back - not a great start to the day fearing an exorbitant bill. I had a really good experience with these guys when they inspected a car I was looking to buy previously so I gave them a call. They told me to bring the car down to have a look and they were able to take a look right away. I waited for ten minutes and it was fixed. I asked how much and they said they wouldn't charge me because it was literally two bolts. Words cannot describe how happy I was considering someone has quoted me $1500 to clean windows and $1K to replace a lock in the house. My experience restored my faith in humanity - will absolutely be back to get a service..and pay.
