My starter had been giving me trouble for several weeks before it finally went kaput late Friday. I called Future Auto to see if they would be able to assist and they answered me honestly that it would be best to call the following morning and they should be able to help. I had it towed to the garage and was met with friendly service within moments who quickly took my information and gave me a timeframe for when the vehicle would be later. 30 minutes later they called offering me options on starter parts, and allowed me to select the one that I felt was best for my vehicle. A few hours later (within the time frame they provided) my vehicle was later. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and now my vehicle starts up strong yet again! If you're looking for a place with quality work and honest workers, this is it.

Don't waste time searching for the best shop, you got it right here at Future Auto Service , Carlos and Rafo we're great. My car's rear tire was damaged, they placed an order by next morning it arrived, prices are the best, very, reasonable, they did a great job swapping it, it was done in perfect timing , very professional great customer service, would highly recommend!

WE absolutely love FAS, we have bought our last 2 cars from them and have used them for all of our maintenance and upkeep since moving out here from Ohio in 2013. They have really treated us like family, they always tell us their recommendations but they never pressure you into anything. I would give them 6 stars out of five if it would let me.

Also, they seemed to follow proper social distancing and sanitation/mask protocols for the staff and customers in the shop during COVID-19 so I felt safe throughout my visit.
