I was very impressed with the staff and there friendliness. They were very prompt and thorough. This was my first time and they treated me like I was a regular customer. I was in and out in a very short time. They have a very comfortable Waiting room With big screen TV, computers& refreshments air conditioning and room for social distancing. They did an oil change on my wife’s Mercedes. Great price! I will definitely bring my truck in for an oil change and any issues when it’s time.

We were around Burbank and my truck started making a loud weird noise. I new it was coming from the brakes because someone else had put them in on Sunday. My husband called this auto shop close to their closing time. Instead of saying they were closing like other shops did they told us to come in. Fixed our break problem and still smiled. They are awesome. I felt lucky to have found them.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Future Auto Service. I'm so glad I found this shop so close to my home. I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in for regular service, and it was completed on time and at a great price. Carlos gave me a thorough rundown of what they did and how my car was doing: brakes, tires, etc. Carlos and his mechanic are great. They even found a nail in one of my tires and fixed it at no charge! They certainly exceeded my expectations.

Jay said it was the best experience he's had. The people are polite and very helpful. They walked him through everything they were doing on his vehicle. He appreciates them for getting him back on the road in a timely manner.

I needed to bring my Honda Civic hybrid in for an oil change and to check my front left tire because it continuously loses air. I had just gotten off work so I decided to just wait while they did their thing. The price was beyond fair, considering my hybrid has to use synthetic oil (which is more expensive), and I waited less than an hour. Their waiting room is very nice and comfortable as well. What a great experience. I live in Sherman Oaks, but I work in Burbank. I'd already had a good experience here before, so I decided to wait to get this stuff fixed until I was in Burbank again with time to waste. No regrets. With so many auto shops in this area, these guys deserve the business and YOU deserve the service they'll provide you.

Took my daughter M. Benz for service (engine light came on) and was immediately greeted by Rafo who assured me he would take care of everything the car needed. Regarding my BMW he offered to repair the damage that had occurred to my bumper while being serviced. As always Rafo stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of my car. He also serviced my daughters car flawlessly as he always does. I highly recommend Future Auto Service for honest and quality service. Thank you Rafo jan!
