I woke up this morning to find my exhaust on my BMW was loose at the back - not a great start to the day fearing an exorbitant bill. I had a really good experience with these guys when they inspected a car I was looking to buy previously so I gave them a call. They told me to bring the car down to have a look and they were able to take a look right away. I waited for ten minutes and it was fixed. I asked how much and they said they wouldn't charge me because it was literally two bolts. Words cannot describe how happy I was considering someone has quoted me $1500 to clean windows and $1K to replace a lock in the house. My experience restored my faith in humanity - will absolutely be back to get a service..and pay.

This place is the best!! I looked it up because it was down the street from my home. I called ahead and they were very courteous and told me exactly what was going to happen with the service I asked for. The shop is very clean and the waiting area was nice and cool. I Will definitely be coming back here!

This is a long overdue review but I wanted to let people know of the great service I have received from Future Auto ever since they opened. I have been taking my car for all my auto needs from tune ups, brakes, tires, weird noises etc.. They are always professional, courteous and have a great attitude and are always willing to help put and not always charging for little things.
