I am tempted to copy/paste 30+ reviews and say, “Me, too! or Precisely!”. My dear colleague helped me take my car to FAS after I told him how veteran mechanic/owner of MIDAS in Simi Valley was going to charge me 3K to replace the catalytic converter on our 2007 Honda Odyssey. I wasn’t sure if this was the beginning of the end for this beloved van that only has 140K mi and if we should think about disposing the car sooner than later. Frankly, I didn’t have too many expectations when we first arrived at FAS. I figured that the best that would happen is that I would be charged a bit less since I was with a guy as I always feel that handymen and auto repair price tags are never gender neutral. Turned out, upon inspection, that the sensor to the rear catalytic converter was malfunctioning due to debris stuck on it. I still can’t believe that the other fellow was going to charge me 3K to replace the CC. The thoroughness of their inspection at FAS, the transparent documentation and pricing that they provide, coupled with duration of repairs, is all geared towards a model of building loyal lifelong client relationships. I would come here to FAS even if I lived in San Bernardino (fortunately, I don’t)! What I can’t grasp is how can this gem exist and how I am so fortunate to have had the presence of mind to listen to my colleague and take both my cars to FAS? I can’t thank my colleague and Tiko & his team at FAS for all the support this past week when I was so stressed out about our car(s). Now, if only I could find a reliable Handyman who won’t be tempted to rip me off, my faith in humanity shall be renewed!

I came in on a Friday afternoon an hour after calling about a bunch of weird trouble codes that were the result of an aging battery. They replaced my battery with a top of the line Interstate battery to Porsche spec and coded the new battery to the car within 40 minutes.

I visited Future Auto Service after suffering problems with my Fiat. Andre and his crew were incredibly kind. Without charge they did some extensive detective work and determined that my problems needed to be dealt with at a dealership. I know for a fact they could have told me otherwise and performed a procedure with no guarantee of success. They were very honest and I'd return there anytime. Also, the garage itself is immaculate. It's obvious from their workplace that they all take great pride in what they do. I'm sure that's true of the service they provide.

So helpful!! Saved the day!!! After a failed repair at the dealer, we googled VW repair near us and were happy to find Future Auto Service and noticed their great reviews. Had our car towed there and they were SOOO helpful!! Knowing we had a time crunch and a LONG cross-country trip moving in a couple days, they got our car fixed quickly so we didn’t have to postpone our travels. They were so thorough, explaining everything along the way and even increasing the safety of our vehicle with an issue not even on our radar. (They were even willing to stay a few minutes late when our ride got stuck in traffic on our way to pick up the car). I can’t say enough great things about Future Auto Service!!!!
