My car blew up, yes, you read that right. Of course it was a weekend and my normal mechanic was closed. After a truly horrific experience with the tow truck driver who left me in the middle of the valley with my dog in high temperatures, I walked to a local coffee shop to wait for someone to get us so we wouldn't be hurt in the heat. I got a phone call from Future Auto and expected the worst, however, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix my car within 48 hours. They were empathetic to my situation and were kind and listened when I was panicking over having no where to go with the dog since the tow truck would not allow her to ride with me. When I picked up the car, the front office was able to assure me there was nothing I could do to prevent the situation and gave me a break as much as they could. I will definitely be back since they have flexible schedules and are overall, just good people. Thank you Furture Auto, and Cersei the dog says "two paws up!"

These guys are just it. I bought my car at Future Auto Sales. They know the history of my car. Went in today to simply pinpoint my brake issue because I know there is one. I only needed clarification on whether I needed pads or rotors, of course they gave me the whole run down. Even for something as going for oil changes I can tell my car has been worked on. There's no worse feeling than taking your car in for work and getting it back after 2+ hours and it feeling the same. Anywho, time to get my brake expense funds... it's a pretty penny.

That's when we tried out Future and we're so glad that we did. Andre and Ashley have been nothing but straight up honest and helpful, always doing their best to help us with whatever situation is going on at the time. There have been a few instances where another business could have recommended costly and unnecessary work to be done but they did not.
