The customer service at Future was fantastic. Excellent communication and Tiko was able to expedite the parts I needed. The original estimate was extremely high, which scared me, but after discussing all the alternatives and discounts, we were able to get the repair into a more affordable range. The repair itself was very fast, and pick up at the end was very easy. There was active communication throughout the process- I received a text and/or call any time there was an update.

Went in for a clogged catalytic converter. The customer service at Future was fantastic. Excellent communication and Tiko was able to expedite the parts I needed. The original estimate was extremely high, which scared me, but after discussing all the alternatives and discounts, we were able to get the repair into a more affordable range. The repair itself was very fast, and pick up at the end was very easy. There was active communication throughout the process- I received a text and/or call any time there was an update. I waited a week before writing this review to see how my car is driving now- it's running great!
