Andre and his team did everything they could on their end to keep things going smoothly and efficiently, keeping me informed with each step of the process along the way. They were attentive to detail, courteous, flexible, and prompt with updates, which I appreciated (and which is far more than I can say for my insurance company who utterly stalled the process for weeks at a time). I’ll keep it short and simple. I needed several services done for my 2018 Prius. My dealership screwed me over on my warranties so I knew it was going to be extremely costly and i was terrified about the prices and quotes I was already given by a few auto places I had previously visited. I did my research on a few different websites including yelp and repairpal, and saw Future Auto Service and chose them because not only was it was close by to me, they had the best deals and services offered when comparing it to others. I made an appointment, and was booked for 2 days later. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tiko was great! Communicated with me every step of the way. I ended up getting a great deal and paying a good price for all of the repairs I did. This is definitely my new go to mechanic place. Check this place out!

I have an old car and didn’t know where to go for maintenance but found FAS via online reviews. They were EXCELLENT. I was treated with the same kindness and attention as others with new, nicer cars and I love the online portal which lists everything (with photos) and explains the full breakdown of needs and costs. I also love that they call and talk you through everything online to explain in further detail. They were available via phone, text, email, online portal and very flexible helping my husband pick up my car while I was in the hospital. It can be overwhelming talking cars when I know very little but everything was 100% honest, transparent, and no pressure. I will be returning and telling all of my friends!
