The best thing about these guys is their honesty and quality workmanship. I appreciate the fact that they didn't lie to me about a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They told me everything was good and since Andres, the mechanic, used to work at Mercedes-Benz, I appreciate that he knows what he's doing with my car. Brought my 2017 Mazda 6 here for the tech screen to be fixed. they gave me an estimate for what they thought the problem was. Since it would be a few hrs, they arranged an Uber ride home. They called me at the arranged time. The man apologized and said they were unable to fix it, there was an issue with a computer component. When I went to pick up the car, the man apologized again and told me that there would be no charge! Mind you they took the center counsel apart and cleaned all the debris and spilled drink residue. Went even further and said he would look into alternatives to get this fixed, without dealing with a dealership, that charges 1,200$ for the part alone. This place is awesome when it comes to customer service!

They had my car two weeks trying to fix an AC/heater problem and parasitic battery drain. I had to rent a car for the first week and when they said it would be one more week, they gave me a loaner Prius so I could return the rental. That was very nice of them. I still feel it should not have taken two weeks but they did give me a discount in the end.
