I have an old car and didn’t know where to go for maintenance but found FAS via online reviews. They were EXCELLENT. I was treated with the same kindness and attention as others with new, nicer cars and I love the online portal which lists everything (with photos) and explains the full breakdown of needs and costs. I also love that they call and talk you through everything online to explain in further detail. They were available via phone, text, email, online portal and very flexible helping my husband pick up my car while I was in the hospital. It can be overwhelming talking cars when I know very little but everything was 100% honest, transparent, and no pressure. I will be returning and telling all of my friends!

Future Auto really is the future of import service. I called them last minute to see if they could do an oil change on my Range Rover and it f course they fit me in and also let me know I had a couple of non emergent suspension issues to address in the near future.
