Andre and his team at Future Auto Service were so kind, transparent and accommodating! Although the process of my engine replacement took almost a full month, due to the tedious insurance claim process, Andre was communicative and great at explaining what needed to get done. They also provided me a rental free of charge since the repair was taking longer than expected. Besides the great service, their shop/ waiting area is very clean and welcoming — I would highly recommend them to a family and friends!

This place is AMAZING! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They tell you exactly what you need and send you a very detail information of prices or issue you have with your car. After reviewing several repair shops I found this one to stand out above the rest, in terms of actually being able to repair what I needed, honesty, and reliability based on researching the reviews from other customers experience. Problem: SUV Alternator went out Repair: They Purchased New name brand Alternator part and belt replaced broken parts with new ones. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, with my car working perfectly. I'm grateful for the hospitality when I walked in the shop and really want to thank Andre who helped me throughout the process, from beginning to end. Thanks to the entire team!
