Highly recommend Future Auto service. Excellent customer service friendly quick helpful and honest. Rafo and Carlos are very Professional. Mechanics are knowledgeable. I had two of my vehicles repaired. And maintain service with them.

Had my oil change done at Future Auto Service today and left there completely satisfied. I was searching for an oil change in Burbank with a good price and called about 5 different companies. This company had the most competitive price. Carlos was very pleasant to talk to and helped me make an appointment for the same day. They did a full synthetic oil change and inspected my car. Everything went very smoothly. I'm glad I called this place. I'll definitely come back here again!

I’ve been here many times, always good service honest place. They don’t recommend things your car doesn’t need. My last interaction with the manager was laid back felt like I knew the man for years. Hope to come back again soon for the same experience.

I've had work done here on a few different cars and I'm always happy with the result. Carlos was very informing and transparent and I couldn't be happier with the price and the job they did. My AC wasn't blowing cold and they diagnosed it as the compressor. They ordered the compressor and had it in the very next morning and put it on in less than two hours. Thank you!

Low oil pressure light came on my car. I contacted Future Auto Service and spoke to Carlos over the phone. Carlos was very knowledgeable and told me not to drive my car (which I'm glad he did because I would of ruined the engine if I kept driving). I towed my car to Future Auto Service and dropped off the key in the mailbox (by the time the towing service arrived it was 9:00 PM and they were closed). Carlos and his team checked out my car the next morning and found no oil in my engine. They were able to do an oil filter change and changed my brakes. My car drives great now and the light never came back on (I've already put over 200 miles). I was worried the oil pump might be out, they assured me the oil pump is in working condition. The level of honesty Carlos and his team posses is unmatched. I can almost guarantee if I were to take my car to another mechanic shop and mentioned anything about a low oil pressure light they would of gave me a laundry list of things to change. I am happy I found Future Auto Service. I can drive with a peace of mind now. Thanks!
