Burbank Auto Repair

The words I would use to describe my visit to Future Auto Service today are “pleasant, enjoyable and relaxed”. It is quite rare to find a business , especially one providing auto repair, where everyone who you come into contact with actually treats you respectfully, has good eye contact with you and really listens to you. The waiting room is very nice, well appointed and clean and even has a restroom. Many places don’t! Plus their prices are very fair. A hit in every way! Bob Neilson

Andre and his staff are great. My son is new to Burbank attending Film school. We searched around reading reviews. One concerned parent like myself had to trust someone to get there child safely back on the road. Andre was very informative, called me and even sent video of the work that needed to be done. He didn’t try and charge me for things that could wait and let me know when it would need to be replaced. I felt very good about pricing and service

Very professional and courteous

My highest praise to Future Auto Service in Burbank! Went to see them to replace my Honda Accord's battery which was under AAA warranty. Not only did they take care of that easily, but they discovered I had a leaking power steering high pressure hose. There was power steering fluid, sprayed all over the side of my engine and even pooling in some areas. I had literally just picked up my car from a major service at the Honda dealership. How my mechanic missed that is beyond me. The guys at Future helped me understand what was happening with my car and gave me some quotes for some other service that I'll need to be doing. Oh and because I didn't have my radio code handy, they even retrieved it and texted it to me, called and walked me through how to do it. Talk about above and beyond! I think I have a new mechanic now. Thank you Future Auto Service!

After my first service at Future Auto. I’ve returned for two other services. The customer service from everyone is top notch. Repairs/service are industry standard below dealer prices on imports/European cars. Ask for Andres or Tico! 5 stars

Artur (the owner) clearly is interested in providing the best service at reasonable prices. The customer service reps were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be going back.
