Just want to say that this place is really good all the way around from the hospitality and great service. Ashly in the front desk was attentive to ll needs and easy to speak with making things much more better. Also the outcome of my SUV was just perfect don't have no complaints whatsoever really recommend this SHOP professional quality service.

Future Auto did a great inspection of a Mercedes coupe I was considering buying online. Based on their inspection, and using a carfax report on the previous owner’s pattern of maintenance, I decided not to buy it and saved myself thousands of dollars on likely needed repairs on the car.

Was visiting mom for the rainy weekend coming up from OC. Needed emergency engine service due to misfires: was lucky didn’t break down on the 5! Didn’t know any trustable mechanics in the Burbank area, but after some research with my brother, we agreed on Future as the closest reliable first option. At first we were somewhat concerned that they primarily deal with luxury cars, but it turned out that I got exemplary customer service at a very reasonable price with more than a few first timer extras to boot! Andre was very patient and communicative with all my concerns. Overall his team Ashley (greeter) and Jose (Mechanic) made me feel very comfortable with their quality of service. I found them to be attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help me. Would definitely recommend Future to anyone with a car issue in the Burbank area.

They removed, repaired and repainted my drivers side mirror. It looks perfect. Great communication about estimate, scheduling and updates. They are both personal and professional. I had a great experience with these guys.

Andre was absolutely wonderful, and took great care of me. He got my car in right away after I blew a tire on the freeway, diagnosed the issue quickly on what happened, and showed me the cracks in the 3 remaining tires that would have also blown upon enough impact. I also added on a few more things while I was there like an oil change, new wipers, etc. He was super helpful and kind along the way, and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to give me an unfair price. He walked me through each item, and also explained carefully why he suggested the tires I ended up going with. I hope to come back to Future as my main auto shop, it's always so refreshing to get such great customer service especially in a field where so often that isn't the case!
