They had my car two weeks trying to fix an AC/heater problem and parasitic battery drain. I had to rent a car for the first week and when they said it would be one more week, they gave me a loaner Prius so I could return the rental. That was very nice of them. I still feel it should not have taken two weeks but they did give me a discount in the end.
