Brought my 2017 Mazda 6 here for the tech screen to be fixed. they gave me an estimate for what they thought the problem was. Since it would be a few hrs, they arranged an Uber ride home. They called me at the arranged time. The man apologized and said they were unable to fix it, there was an issue with a computer component. When I went to pick up the car, the man apologized again and told me that there would be no charge! Mind you they took the center counsel apart and cleaned all the debris and spilled drink residue. Went even further and said he would look into alternatives to get this fixed, without dealing with a dealership, that charges 1,200$ for the part alone. This place is awesome when it comes to customer service!
