Employees are super nice and helpful! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other auto shops that have grossly over quoted me and tried to tack on unnecessary things but future auto service was super honest and never tried to upsell me. They were super quick and and efficient with my repairs. I definitely recommend!

Not gonna lie. Before I came here I went to a shop that scammed me and gave me my car back with more problems than I came in with. Their name is trust auto collision in case you would like to stay away (definitely STAY AWAY). So I came to Future auto service and you can feel the love for cars and fixing cars as soon as you get there. They are knowledgeable and experienced also they look to give you the best price they possibly can. They gave me honest timing and were professional the whole time. Definitely 5 stars. Andre was very pleasant to work with. They had my car for two weeks due to a parasitic battery drain and AC/heater issue. Had to rent a car the first week but Andre gave me a loaner Prius for the second week which was very considerate. I was given daily updates via text which was nice as well. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Andre and team.

Brought my 2017 Mazda 6 here for the tech screen to be fixed. they gave me an estimate for what they thought the problem was. Since it would be a few hrs, they arranged an Uber ride home. They called me at the arranged time. The man apologized and said they were unable to fix it, there was an issue with a computer component. When I went to pick up the car, the man apologized again and told me that there would be no charge! Mind you they took the center counsel apart and cleaned all the debris and spilled drink residue. Went even further and said he would look into alternatives to get this fixed, without dealing with a dealership, that charges 1,200$ for the part alone. This place is awesome when it comes to customer service!

They had my car two weeks trying to fix an AC/heater problem and parasitic battery drain. I had to rent a car for the first week and when they said it would be one more week, they gave me a loaner Prius so I could return the rental. That was very nice of them. I still feel it should not have taken two weeks but they did give me a discount in the end.
