With my engine light on, and my registration and smog due, I figured I was in for it with my 20 year old vehicle. After being referred by a friend and reading the reviews I took a chance. And wow, I was not disappointed. I arrived on a Friday evening before closing. A man Arthur greeted me. Arthur was kind and attentive while lustening to me rant about my car issues. After speaking and listening to what Arthur had to say I felt confident enough to bring my vehicle back on the following Monday morning as recommended. To shorten my story, Arthur, Andre, Tiko, and the staff followed through with all the services I had requested along with those I was concerned about. The reviews were true. Their work was professional, there all kind, thoughtful. Their time effeiency is well managed and on point. This place is nice, its clean, and the quality of their work is top notch, their prices are resonable, fair and honest. I can't remember ever feeling such peace and joy over having my car serviced. Future Auto Services reaches out to understand the needs of their clents. For me, I feel the value goes beyond the norm. It was truly a wonderful experience. I’ve been coming here for the past two years and honestly I’ve been so happy the way they work. Their service and the time they take to explain any little issues, they go out of their way to help out especially Tiko.

The staff was more than respectful, offered amenities and called me by my name. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I received. This was white glove service. Before doing anything they explain the issue and give quotes which I enjoy.

My car blew up, yes, you read that right. Future Auto Service was calm and understanding from the first call to giving me the diagnostic. They were sure to get me the best deal and were transparent and empathetic after a truly horrific emergency and bad experience from the tow truck driver. I will definitely use again.

My car blew up, yes, you read that right. Of course it was a weekend and my normal mechanic was closed. After a truly horrific experience with the tow truck driver who left me in the middle of the valley with my dog in high temperatures, I walked to a local coffee shop to wait for someone to get us so we wouldn't be hurt in the heat. I got a phone call from Future Auto and expected the worst, however, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix my car within 48 hours. They were empathetic to my situation and were kind and listened when I was panicking over having no where to go with the dog since the tow truck would not allow her to ride with me. When I picked up the car, the front office was able to assure me there was nothing I could do to prevent the situation and gave me a break as much as they could. I will definitely be back since they have flexible schedules and are overall, just good people. Thank you Furture Auto, and Cersei the dog says "two paws up!"
