Once again I’m so pleased to express a very positive review for recent service with Futur Auto. Taking my Lexus SUV in for a basic oil change in addition to a serious concern I had with a delay in acceleration The welcome teception given to me on arrival by Futur Auto assured me that they woukd check out the functions of my car in addition to a basic oil change as I wanted a thorough check up They called in a few hours to advise the car was ready for pickup and explained that the sluggishness on acceleration was due only to replacing the air filter I trust them explicitly as I was prepared for a major service but they once again performed courteous, knowledgeable and efficient attention to the health of my car and respect to me as a loyal customer I trust them completely and recommend them 100% Thank you Futur Auto for quality service in every way

Stopped in with a smoking, overheating engine. They found the problem in seconds (literally, no wait) and had everything repaired in a couple hours, keeping me up to date on the needed parts and pricing along the way. Awesome guys. Best spot I’ve been to in LA.
