Burbank Auto Repair

This shop was recommended to me for an oil change and general service. Even though I live on the Westside of LA, I drove all the way to Burbank to get my oil changed. The service was top notch and the price reasonable. I would suggest using this place for your auto service needs. A+

I can't say enough about Carlos and his staff at Future Auto Service. Even during the pandemic, they were able to turn my car around in one day. They also caught a few things that didn't need to be fixed - a first for a mechanic! But they also caught a few items on my car that made it unsafe to drive and fixed them immediatlely. GREAT PLACE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was impressed how service was good! The actual service place was nice organized and clean , they also have a waiting room for people who waiting for their cars, also the place was nice , clean , with free coffee, water, charging station for any phone and clean restroom !

This place is amazing and I would recommend to everyone! Excellent customer service and very honest! I brought my car in for an oil change and found out why my car was making a weird sound. They go above and beyond. Very clean place and really great prices! Thank you so much Carlos and Trinny!!

Future has amazing customer service. I came in to have a nail taken out of my tire and I was in and out of the shop in less than in 20 minutes. Also I asked one of the employees if he knew where I could get a paint scratch out of my door. He took one look at it and said I didn’t need to take it anywhere. Then he proceeded to put some cream of the scratch and rub the scratch away in 2 minutes . Not that’s customer service.

Aram said that the service is convenient. He got stranded and they came to get him, he is very happy with the services provided.

I can't say enough about the team at Future Auto. I drive a 2012 Mercedes CLS that I have traditionally taken to the dealer for regular maintenance and repairs. Last year the check engine light came on and Mercedes quoted me several thousand dollars to replace the turbo. I took it to Future Auto and they did the repair for less than half of the dealers price and spent time to insure they addressed the cause of the turbo failure, not just the result. This year when the check engine light came on again I took it straight to Future Auto. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and repaired the car quickly, again at a very reasonable price. I will be taking my car, as well as my husband's car,to them for all our maintenance needs moving forward.

BEST service and FAST service! I had a really big nail in my tire and I was recommended to come to Future Auto Service to get it fixed and WOW, not only is this place BEAUTIFUL but it's extremely clean and super comfortable to wait in the waiting area for your car. Carlos was super attentive and fixed my tire within 5-10 minutes. BEST EVER!! Thank you Future Auto Sales!!!
